🗳️ How Voting Works in Sunnyside – General Election Day: November 4, 2025
In Washington state — including Sunnyside — voting is conducted entirely by mail, which means there are no in-person polling places with fixed hours on Election Day.
Here’s what you need to know:
📬 Ballots Are Mailed to You
- Registered voters will receive their ballots by mail several weeks before Election Day.
- This gives you plenty of time to review the measures and candidates before casting your vote.
🕗 No Traditional Polling Places
- Washington is a vote-by-mail state, so you won’t be going to a polling booth.
- There is no official start time on Election Day because voting begins as soon as you receive your ballot.
